- 9-10: Decent, probably not trade-able though
- 10+: Trade-able
- 12+: Godly

Examples of Perfect 10 charms:
- Any skill grand charm
- +20 Life small charm
- +3 max dmg/+20 AR small charm
- 7% Magic Find small charm
- +5 All Resistances small charm
