Now supports Amulets!

Amulets are unique, or I should say crafted caster amulets are unique. They can roll up to 20 fcr, and a variable amount anywhere from 5-20.

Additionally, the different classes require different minimum FCRs to reach their different FCR breakpoints. Thus, you don't need to roll a perfect 20 FCR to be best-in-slot.

For example, the max FCR breakpoint for Paladin's is 125 FCR. Thus an amulet with 15 FCR is just as helpful as an amulet with 20 FCR.

I tried to capture these nuances with bonus points. Please check it out and leave a comment if you have any opinions on the weightings! :)

What else is new in version 2.2.0

I just want to say that I have not forgotten about implementing an aggregated weight using everyone's custom weights. I am trying really hard to finish up all the different item types before ladder launches, cus after it launches I'll be too busy leveling up a hardcore druid. :)

I'm going to focus on supporting gloves and charms in the next release (and maybe belts too). Aggregating user's custom weights may or may not be part of that release, but for sure by v2.4 I'll get that working.
